Welcome to Norda Living. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Services. Please read them carefully before using our site.
2. Pricing Product Information
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies without prior notice.
Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
3. Orders Payment
Orders can be placed directly through our Shopify store.
We accept payment via credit/debit card, FPX online banking, e-wallets, and other supported Shopify payment methods.
Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud).
4. Delivery Shipping
We currently offer delivery services within Peninsular Malaysia only.
Delivery fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided, but delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the item at the scheduled delivery time.
5. Assembly Services
Some items may require assembly. We offer optional assembly services at an additional charge, which will be stated at checkout or upon request.
6. Product Inspection, Returns Exchanges
At Norda Living, we take pride in delivering quality furniture that meets your expectations. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
6.1 Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
If any defects, damage, or item mismatches are identified at the time of delivery, you may initiate a return directly with our delivery team.
Once delivery is completed and acknowledged, any issues reported afterward may not be eligible for return.
6.2 Return Exchange Conditions
Eligible items will be inspected by our team upon return.
Based on the outcome, we will:
Repair the item, or
Arrange a one-to-one exchange (subject to stock availability)
Refunds are not offered, except in cases outlined in Section 7.4 below.
6.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Orders that have been confirmed and processed are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Custom-made, clearance, display units, and pre-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for change-of-mind cases after successful delivery.
6.4 Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the event that:
The product is discontinued and cannot be repaired or replaced.
In such cases:
Refunds will be issued only for the value of the affected item, excluding delivery or handling charges.
Approved refunds will be processed within up to 14 working days via the original payment method.
7. Warranty
A limited warranty is provided on selected products, as stated on individual product listings.
The warranty covers structural or manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, wear and tear, or self-assembly errors.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, designs, and branding, is the property of Norda Living and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Services at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site implies acceptance of the revised terms.
