Return & Exchange Policy
At Norda Living, we take pride in delivering quality furniture that meets your expectations. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their items immediately upon delivery.
- If you discover any defect, damage, or item mismatch at the time of delivery, you may initiate a return on the spot with our delivery team.
- Once the delivery is completed and acknowledged, any issues reported after the delivery window may not be eligible for return.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items eligible for return will be inspected by our team.
- Based on the inspection, we will either:
- Repair the item
- Or arrange for a one-to-one exchange
- Refunds are not offered, except in cases outlined in Section 4 below.
3. Warranty coverage
- Limited 1-Year Manufacturer/Seller Warranty (excludes wear & tear)
Installation issues (e.g., loose parts)
Internal defects (e.g., broken frame)

- Warranty claims will be reviewed by our After-Sales Service team, and a solution will be provided within 1 to 3 working days after submission.
- Additional charges may apply if the claim is not covered under warranty. Norda Living reserves the right to make the final decision and will provide reasons for the outcome.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
- Orders that have been confirmed and processed are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Custom-made, clearance, display units, or pre-order items are strictly non-returnable.
- No exchanges will be allowed for change-of-mind after successful delivery.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be provided if:
- The item is found to be discontinued and we are unable to repair or replace it.
In such rare cases, the refund will be issued for the value of the affected item only, excluding any delivery or handling fees.
Approved refunds (in cases of discontinuation) will take up to 14 working days.
