Order & Delivery Policy
Welcome to Norda Living. We’re committed to delivering timeless, quality home pieces to your doorstep with care and professionalism. Please read through our order and delivery policy below for a smooth experience.
1. Order Processing
All orders placed on nordaliving.com will be processed within 1–3 working days upon successful payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation and timely updates as your order progresses.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Klang Valley: 7–14 working days
- Peninsular Malaysia (outside Klang Valley): 10–21 working days
- Pre-order or custom items: Typically 3-4 weeks for production upon order confirmation
Note: Working days exclude Sundays and Public Holidays.
3. Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time slot. Deliveries are arranged between Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.

- Free delivery is available for selected items and locations, as indicated at checkout.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Locations with difficult or limited access
- High-rise buildings without lift access:
- A surcharge of RM50 per level applies starting from Level 3
- Example: Delivery to Level 5 = RM150 surcharge (Level 3, 4, and 5)
- Re-delivery due to missed appointments or incorrect delivery information
5. Assembly Service
Most of our furniture comes with complimentary assembly, unless otherwise stated. Self-assembly items will include detailed instructions for your convenience.
6. Upon Delivery
We encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Should there be any issues such as damages, defects, or missing parts, kindly inform the delivery team and contact our customer service within 48 hours.
7. Changes & Delays
If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or logistical issues. We appreciate your understanding.
